Our mission at Burger Craft is to make every burger we serve "TASTY, JUICY & UNFORGETTABLE".
Back in the summer of 2013, driven by a passion for awesome food, fantastic ingredients and of course the humble burger, we began our mission to create unforgettable burgers.
"Research"(A tough job but someone had to do it!)
We set about understanding what makes a great burger. We had our favourites but what made them great? Dozens and dozens (and dozens) of joyous, gut stretching, belt loosening, meat sweating, flavour analysing "Research" sessions later, we had our plan. Our formula for creating the perfect burger; TASTY, JUICY AND UNFORGETTABLE.

We started with the 2 key ingredients of any burger, THE BEEF & THE BUN. We needed to find the best and they needed to be a marriage made in heaven. We sampled more than we could count and when we had our favourites, we tried all combinations until we found our nirvana.
Our wonderful dry aged beef (and the rest of our delicious meats) comes from the multiple awards winning Walter Rose & Son’s fantastic farm in Wiltshire. Used by non-other than Tom Kerridge we’ve since discovered.
Our "Springy" & sensational demi-brioche buns come from the master craftsmen & women at The Bread Factory. London’s leading artisan bakery.
We source every ingredient from equally outstanding and dedicated suppliers and continuously work with them to maintain our quality. "Taste, taste and taste again"
Once we had our wonderful ingredients, we had to make them sing. We are relentless in our pursuit of quality and every element of every burger is tasted and refined until we are sure it is as good as it can be. No matter how many taste tests this requires (I know, we have the best job in the world).
The other vital part of our plan was to make our burgers the juiciest burgers around. Our light-bulb-moment here was the discovery of a YouTube video of Jamie Oliver’s visit to the Meat Wagon. We adapted this simple "Smashing & Steaming" method to match our great products and our formula was complete.
We sourced the finest ingredients, created amazing flavour combinations, and developed the "Juiciest" cooking method. We taste tested to the point of burger-blindness to craft our UNFORGETTABLE BURGERS.

Come see us at the Green Man, location of the original Burger Craft kitchen. We’ve been smashing out burgers here since summer 2013. The Green Man is a classic city pub, busy and bustling with Paddington life.
Our newest Burger Craft kitchen is a real beauty. The Steam Engine is a stunning pub and we have our very own 30 seat Diner inside. Our theatre kitchen creates an awesome atmosphere for flipping in full view of our burger loving chums.
What a pub the White Ferry House is! How lucky we are to have a home in this awesome flat-iron building. The Pub quiz is huge and they can’t get enough of our burgers. Great outside space too.Burger Craft @ The Crown, Battersea
On the Burger Yard or in the Atrium anyone? The Crown is the Stand out pub on Lavender Hill and a great home for Burger Craft. The perfect place for a party!
The Exmouth Arms is fast becoming a London legend. It’s PubLove’s newest and was our first theatre kitchen. It’s never quiet and the place rocks every night of the week. Perfect burger flipping territory.
